AVA™ stands for ALICORN Virtual Assistant and is designed to work across all ALICORN platforms and products. AI-generated responses from AVA™ might be incorrect, so users must verify important information for accuracy.

AVA™ delivers instant answers and items to users based on a user’s access to specific ALICORN products.

A user can access only the products they have authorization for via AVA™ by ALICORN. A user’s email address and mobile phone number must be on their ALICORN account to have access to AVA™.

ALICORN platforms include CareChat™, advisor™, Birdie™, and Direct™. Each of these platforms provides users access to various products and services. Examples below:

- You can request a copy of your insurance ID Card

- You can get PDF copies of your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents

- You can search for clinical quality-rated providers with DocRatings™

- You can get up-to-date MedRecords™

- You can find answers to insurance coverage questions

- You can find answers to Formulary coverage questions

- You can get PDF copies of Precertification documents

- You can access Birdie analytics reports for employers

- Your questions/issues that are unanswered are handed off to support teams by email
