HarmCheck™ integrates seamlessly with Outlook to flag harmful and unlawful language in real-time, while guiding users to more collaborative communication. Getting started

1. Download and install the add-in👆

2. Open a new email.

3. Click the HarmCheck icon to open the sidebar on the right.

4. Type your message; HarmCheck will review it.

5. No feedback? Your email might be neutral.

6. “Pin” the sidebar to keep HarmCheck up for future emails.

OnSend

HarmCheck leverages Outlook’s OnSend feature to capture the final version of an email, ensuring accurate labeling of flagged content at the moment it is sent—not simply as it is drafted. OnSend also allows HarmCheck to quarantine emails containing specific labels that your organization deems sensitive, preventing their delivery until further review.

SmartAlert

With Outlook’s SmartAlert feature, HarmCheck proactively notifies users when their email includes flagged content. Users can then adjust their message based on this feedback or choose to proceed with sending the email.
