•The Engage EX Microsoft Teams APP enables a survey participant to access a survey link to a survey via Microsoft Teams

•Messaging via Microsoft Teams is used principally in cases where email is not available and/or the use of Microsoft Teams is encouraged by the employer

•Microsoft Teams must be installed on the participants’ device and the user / employer must have an existing Engage EX Foundation or Premium license

•Engage EX is not a standalone APP as its purpose is to open the provided URL in the participant’s web browser to permit completion of a survey
