Azure Host Management

Cloud Direct Azure Host Management is a managed service that includes the in-scope components and technical delivery methods that customers can expect as a standard Azure service. This service follows the Microsoft Azure standard Framework practices. Advanced bolt-on services are available, and Cloud Direct will be happy to discuss any further customer-specific requirements which may not be part of this standard service.

• Standard Azure Host Management service Our Standard Azure Host Management service helps you stay secure, connected, and in control. We handle critical and security patching across your Windows and Linux environments, with monthly compliance checks and remediation support. Your network is kept secure and running smoothly with managed setup and configuration of VNets, NSGs, load balancing, VPNs, and DNS all monitored through Azure tools. You also get one in-scope change request per month to keep things flexible.
• Support To support ongoing optimisation, you will receive quarterly reports on your security posture and cloud spend, with expert-led reviews to talk through recommendations. We also run an annual disaster recovery test and strategy session to align our service with your business goals and future needs.
