CompanyDesk brings company data from European business registers to where you work: into contracts, pleadings, reports and spreadsheets. You search for a company in the task pane by name or registration number and insert the details you need with one click, without retyping.

In Word you insert the company name, registration number and address at the cursor, all master data or the officers as a table, and a ready-made contract party clause with the authorised representatives you select. For companies that file structured annual accounts, CompanyDesk inserts, where available, financial data for several years and a financial analysis with prior-year comparison, ratios and charts.

In Excel master data, officers and financial data are transferred as a table. The charts are native Excel charts linked to the table by formulas.

Countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Available details depend on the respective register: officers are not shown for every country, and financial data are available for some countries only.

CompanyDesk evaluates open register data and states source and date; it is not an official register extract. The add-in transmits only search terms and registration numbers; the content of your documents is neither read nor transmitted.

Access: An account on companydesk.eu is required. A free, confirmed account includes a limited number of free queries in Word and Excel within the daily quota; continued use requires CompanyDesk Pro. You sign in in a separate window; connected devices can be disconnected at any time in My CompanyDesk.
