Example use cases

• Automatic reorder on low stock — when an item falls below its reorder point, AutoFlow creates a purchase order with the preferred vendor, checks for existing open orders to prevent duplicates, and notifies purchasing by email.
• Sales invoices archived in SharePoint — every posted invoice is rendered as PDF and filed in SharePoint by year and customer, with the link stored back on the document in BC. Failed uploads alert your team immediately.
• Service orders from your ticket system — incoming support tickets are matched against BC customers and active service contracts. Only valid cases create a work order — automatically, with the service team notified.
