Modern Device Management - 5 Day Proof of Concept

This 5-day deployment of a Proof of Concept, Cloud Managed Desktop environment, powered by Microsoft Intune, will be scoped, designed and securely configured within your Microsoft 365 environment. The following work will be carried out (timing are approximate for planning purposes).

• Day 1 - Envisioning and Design: Our consultants will produce a Design and Strategy Document based the outcome of a workshop.
• Day 2 - Setup: Intune and Autopilot set-up and configuration along with baseline policies which form the foundation of the pilot.
• Day 3 - Onboarding: We will onboard up to 5 pilot devices ready end-user testing.

Following the agreed testing period (usually 1 week), we will then continue the pilot:

Day 4 - Feedback and Change: We will collate feedback from users and update any required polices and re-test.

Following any further testing on the updated configuration, we will then look to close the PoC.

Day 5 - Handover and Future Steps: We will complete the project and discuss any next steps and timelines.
