There are three key outputs which are produced at the end of our Data Strategy Assessment

Current state assessment:

Detailed analysis following current state assessment. This includes an assessment of the existing technology and data landscape, people and processes and where current constraints lie.

Target State Definition & Roadmap

Target State – detailed analysis of the business outcomes that the data strategy will enable and also consolidate it at an executive level. These will incorporate views of the key design considerations and guiding principles of the future target state. A proposed view of the future technology landscape on Microsoft Azure Cloud, operating model, data and use cases that will support the business outcomes
Data transformation roadmap – This output provides an overarching roadmap view of the business and data initiatives that will progress the business on the journey to achieving the desired target state. This is followed by a detailed view of each of these deliverables.

Syndication & Finalize Output

Data Strategy - Current state, target state and the Data Transformation Roadmap are combined into a single Data Strategy document with a number of key next steps identified as a call to action for the business.
