Weekly Engagement Plan

Week 1 – Assessment & Discovery

• Analyze the current application architecture.

Week 2 – Modernization Strategy

• Design the target Azure architecture.
• Select appropriate Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Azure Monitor.
• Prepare a migration roadmap and Azure cost estimation.

Week 3 – Implementation / Pilot

• Modernize or migrate a selected application workload.
• Configure Azure security best practices using Microsoft-recommended controls.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and governance capabilities.

Week 4 – Knowledge Transfer and Future Roadmap

• Migration/Modernization Roadmap
• Deliver documentation, operational guidance, and knowledge transfer sessions for the customer's team.
