Codex Zone Gauge

A semicircular zone gauge for Power BI — show a value within configurable danger, warning, and success zones, ideal for operational dashboards where a quick visual read of "is this OK?" is more important than the exact number.

Codex Zone Gauge replaces the standard Power BI gauge with a zone-coloured semicircle that uses position and colour to communicate status, not a needle in space.

New in v2: background transparency to sit over any report canvas and conditional-formatting (fx) rules on zone and marker colours.

PRO TIP

Use measure-driven zone breakpoints rather than fixed thresholds. That way seasonal or business-cycle shifts can update the gauge's red / amber / green ranges without redesigning the visual.
