Elastic Services Credits

Elastic Services Credits are applicable for customers looking to engage with Elastic's consulting services team to support a wide range of needs, such as implementation support, large scale migration and upgrades for any Elastic solution (Enterprise Search, Observability, Security, or other use cases on the Elastic Stack or Elastic Cloud). Customers can redeem credits for services on both new or existing Elastic Stack or Elastic Cloud environments.

Common Tasks that Service Credits can be redeemed for consultative, implementation, and deployment services: -Design -Best practices -Installation and configuration -Pipeline / ingestion recommendations and patterns -Data modeling / mapping -Visualizations / dashboards -Documentation / report -Engineering and stakeholder meetings -Knowledge transfer

Not included in scope: -Recommendations, handling or administration of third-party software, software data, or systems -Elastic training curriculum
