Copilot Studio: 3-Wk Proof of Concept

The Copilot Studio Proof of Concept (PoC) delivers generative AI and enhanced chatbot capabilities to surface your data back to your users to streamline workflows.

In this engagement CPS will:

1. Provide an overview of Copilot Studio and the differences between 1st Party Copilots and Copilot Studio solutions.
2. Evaluate different business cases to understand the best option for Copilot Studio.
3. Development of a PoC based on the identified Use Case that demonstrates the capabilities of Microsoft Copilot.
4. Write up of the identified use cases and which use cases are most feasible to accomplish in Copilot Studio.

This engagement follows a 4 stage approach and will provide the following outputs to you, the customer:

1. Analysis - Work with your business areas to understand use cases and which use cases may be feasible to achieve during this PoC Phase.
2. Security, Integration, Data and Design - Understand the different systems that the business requires integrating into Copilot Studio and any considerations on security, data.
3. PoC Implementation
4. Playback
5. Next stage plan
