• Microsoft 365: E-mails, appointments, documents and call records from your Microsoft 365 tenant.
• Search.ch: Directory with entries for people, companies and authorities from Switzerland.
• Abacus: People, companies, addresses, projects, activities, tickets and contracts from your Abacus system.
• Dynamics 365: People, companies, activities and opportunities from your Dynamics system.
• Bexio: People, companies, addresses, projects and invoices from your Bexio system.
• CMI: People, companies and case data from your CMI system.

Limitations

The connection from incoming calls to echo currently only works on incoming PSTN calls. SIP calls are not supported by now. However, you can always use echo besides calls and start with a search within the app.
