validated spreadsheets without leaving your workbook. Upload a file, extract the fields you need, and write them

to the right cells or a predefined template—plus capture a complete changelog of every action for audit and review.

• Upload files (e.g., PDFs) and extract structured fields into your sheet.
• Write results to a selected cell, named range, table, or a saved template mapping.
• One-click “Fill Template” to populate entire forms or sheets at once.
• Store source context alongside data (e.g., file name, link, or reference).

How it works

1. Open Excel and launch Doczen from the ribbon to open the task pane.
2. Drag-and-drop a file or choose one to upload.
3. Select a target cell or choose a template mapping.
4. Review extracted fields, apply validations, and click Apply to write to the sheet.
5. A “Doczen Log” entry records each change for traceability.
