Every shift is entered one at a time, there is no recurring pattern, no view of who is covering what, and nothing to tell you the plan is short before the day arrives. Most teams end up with a spreadsheet next to Shifts. Soon replaces both.

• A plan for the whole day. Breaks, tasks, desk cover, calls, training: scheduled inside each shift, visible to everyone, so the question "who is on what right now" has an answer.
• Auto-scheduling with your rules. Set availability, skills, rest time, maximum hours and fairness. Soon computes the schedule; you approve it.
• Calendar sync that works. Shifts and activities appear in Outlook and Google Calendar, marked free or busy the way you choose, so booking tools still see availability.
• My Schedule on every phone. The full schedule, not a partial view, with notifications.

How it works

Soon runs as an app inside Teams. It is the full product, not a companion view. Sign in with your Microsoft account, describe your team, and get a first schedule in minutes. Invite the team when you are ready; they see their own schedule in Teams and on their phone.

Who uses it

Customer support and service desks, frontdesk and reception teams, clinics, housing associations, utilities, museums and visitor operations, logistics and back-office teams. Teams of ten to a few hundred, in-house, that need more than a grid and less than an enterprise system.
