Leap Work

Leap Work is a native Microsoft Teams application that enables employees to communicate with clients through their preferred messaging apps, including WhatsApp, in a compliant and governed manner - all from within the native Teams chat interface.

Leap Work is integrated with The LeapXpert Communications Platform and benefits from a certified integration with consumer messaging platforms, along with user administration and enterprise controls, including capture, governance, and security. The application enables rich communication flows and supports multiple media types using the native chat interface of Microsoft Teams.

- Support of various client channels like WhatsApp

- Individual and group chat between Teams users and clients across different channels (applicable for chats that are created from Leap Work only)

- Support for text, emojis, voice, and file media

- Compatibility with Teams desktop and mobile

- Built-in data leakage prevention (DLP) and information barriers (Through The LeapXpert Communications Platform)

- Integration with archiving, antivirus/antimalware, and surveillance applications, including Microsoft Purview, Bloomberg Vault, and more (through The LeapXpert Communications Platform)
