Tailored Talks enables clinicians to share custom presentations with patients
Our flagship information-sharing product Tailored Talks was developed in partnership with stroke clinicians at NHS Lothian and with Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland, and is currently supporting NHS Scotland’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic in some intensive care units.
Tailored Talks enables clinicians to share personalised information with patients, in the format of accessible, easy-to-digest slide presentations that can be easily tailored to include only the information that’s relevant to the individual. These presentations can then be sent directly to patients.
To access Tailored Talks you need to be added as an organisation. Individual clinicians can then be added with various permission levels. Single-sign-on to local Tailored Talks accounts is provided, and users can map accounts with Microsoft Teams for seamless user-experience.
The system is supported by the NHS Lothian Innovations Team, and has also been funded by the Scottish Government
