Review and sign agreements from inside your Microsoft Outlook mailbox

Most business documents reach you through email. They may be contracts, forms, or other files that need your signature or must be sent out for one. This normally means saving the attachment and opening another tool. Zoho Sign for Microsoft Outlook removes that extra step by bringing e-sign features into your mailbox.

You can access Zoho Sign's key functions through a separate collapsible side-pane inside Outlook. You can use it to set up e-sign workflows and choose files from your mail. It lets you collect electronic signatures and keep your signed documents in one place without leaving your inbox.

If your business uses Microsoft 365, users in your organization can log in to Outlook and add and authorize the Zoho Sign add-in using just their Microsoft single sign-on.

With the Microsoft Outlook add-in for Zoho Sign, you can:

• Add attachments from emails to create ordered, automated signature workflows for collecting e-signatures and obtaining approvals from one or more recipients.
• Set up in-person signing sessions so your field executives can collect signatures from clients and other signatories.
• Enable advanced signer authentication via SMS or email OTP to add an additional layer of security for document access.
• Add a private note for individual recipients or a common note for everyone involved.
• Sign documents you receive as email attachments yourself and forward signed copies to associated parties.
• Track the completion status of each document and monitor progress for every recipient.
• Create legally binding documents compliant with various digital signature and electronic transaction laws around the world, such as the ESIGN Act, eIDAS, and other industry standard laws.
