Get Lobbipad visitor notifications to Microsoft Teams chat
Lobbipad makes it simple to notify your employees when visitors sign in. With the Lobbipad + Microsoft Teams integration, employees will receive a Team direct message from the Lobbipad bot every time a visitor arrives to see them. These convenient alerts save your reception team time and keep your employees updated.
Enabling the Lobbipad + Microsoft Teams integration
- Go to Settings > API > Integrations.
- Under Integrations, find Microsoft Teams. Select “On” and press “Save MS Teams Settings”.
- Install Lobbipad Bot to your team and it will automatically find Lobbipad members and connect them.
To receive notifications from the Lobbipad bot, a host must be listed with the same email address both in your host directory on Lobbipad and in Microsoft Teams. You cannot communicate with Lobbipad bot as it is a notification only bot. If you want to stop receiving messages from Lobbipad, please log into the Lobbipad dashboard and disable Lobbipad integration.
- Go to Settings > API > Integrations.
- Under Integrations, find Microsoft Teams. Select “Off” and press “Save MS Teams Settings”.
In Lobbipad we have admin users, and non-admin users. Only admin users could log into the dashboard, admin user could create more users and assign them admin privileges. To log in, new admins must reset the password using the email they received after granting admin access.
