Connect Room Finder helps you find rooms for your meetings within Outlook

Finding meeting rooms becomes a breeze with the Outlook Room Finder widget. Just press a button to instantly show a list of available rooms at your chosen location. Simply select the room you’d like to invite to the meeting and you’re done. Works with Mac, PC and Outlook web access.

If there is little availability, you can view room availability throughout the day to find some free time. Just select the room at the new time, and the Room Finder reschedules the meeting for you.

This add-in requires that your organisation has a subscription to Condeco Connect and Connect enabled meeting rooms.
