During this engagement you will work with Tallan to create best practices for Azure DevOps. We will work with you to get all your applications using the same build automation mechanisms for Azure Devops, and ultimately help you build your DevOps pipeline strategy.

Agenda -Week 1: Create DevOps pipeline best practices for Azure DevOps -Week 2: Get all of your applications using the same build automation mechanisms for Azure DevOps -Week 3: Provide a quality and security inspection and confirmation of code built by vendors and other teams

Deliverables -Develop a DevOps pipeline strategy -Branding/Merging strategy document -Azure DevOps projects structure document -Define the different stages we are going to use to structure the work and builds -Knowledge transfer to your internal teams -Static Code analysis and technical debt report -Security Scanning report for every build
