A limited production pilot of a two-way communication portal will be deployed to test effectiveness and feasibility. We will leverage the power of an integrated solution built on Microsoft Viva, Teams, and SharePoint Online. Our Spark Workspace digital workplace accelerator will put the power of this platform in the hands of your corporate and field-level employees alike.
The portal will ensure a two-way flow of communications from:
Corporate Communication to Plant Managers/Workers. Plant Managers to Plant Workers.
The rollout strategy we employ for our production pilot will follow a "crawl, walk, run" approach. During the crawl phase, all communication will be one way with limited access and features enabled.
The Pilot will consist of a subset of employees in up to 5 locations. Terms, conditions, and pricing are custom to each engagement.
