Upload Continia Document Capture Documents to SharePoint

What it does, in one sentence

When Continia Document Capture registers a purchase document, this extension automatically pushes the captured source files — the scanned invoice, the original PDF, the e-mail, the XML, whatever you choose — straight into the same SharePoint folder that the SharePoint Connector already links to that record in Business Central.

No manual filing. No "where did we save that invoice?" Six months from now, anyone who opens the purchase order in Business Central, or just browses the SharePoint document library, finds the original paperwork sitting right where it belongs.

Why it matters

Continia Document Capture is excellent at turning incoming documents into Business Central transactions. But the captured files live inside Continia's own storage. That's fine — until you want those documents:

• visible to people who don't open Business Central,
• available through Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint search,
• retained under your organization's existing SharePoint governance and retention policies,
• or simply stored where the rest of the deal's paperwork already lives.
