ECM Base Application

The "ECM Base Application" app extends Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with ECM/DMS and archiving functionalities. Every company that relies on digital document processes needs these functions. The "ECM Base Application" app provides the following functionalities:

• Display of relevant documents in the context of a transaction, for example the quotation history when creating an order; one of the core functions within document management
  
• Integration of documents from adjacent applications, such as e-mail attachments from Microsoft Outlook
  
• Intelligent search functions and Process Numbers, that intelligently link matching documents within Dynamics 365 Business Central to find transaction-related documents quickly and easily
  
• Audit-proof archiving of all incoming and outgoing records and documents, in accordance with legal and tax regulations (e.g.: according to GoBD)
  
• Intuitive operation of document management functions in the "ECM Base Application" app, which ensure a smooth user experience - ideally without training
• ECM factbox expands many pages with DMS functionality such as displaying documents for the selcted records
• Use drag and drop to easily add external files to records
• Vertical solution documents can be archived, too
• ECM Task sheduler for automated tasks
