SharePoint Online Proof of Concept; 6-Day PoC

The SharePoint Online Proof of Concept is based on a set of technical “hands-on” deliverables that provide maximum practical benefit within short timescales, allowing your organisation to accelerate their requirements for file data migration.

We will deliver a series of planning and design workshops that enable technical and business stakeholders to understand the capabilities of Microsoft 365 for document storage, collaboration and sharing.

Agenda: Day 1 - Customer workshops (User experience, Solution architecture, File analysis, Security & Governance), Day 2 & 3 – Documentation, Days 4, 5 & 6 – Technical PoC.

We will also implement a Technical Proof of Concept (PoC) to demonstrate solution features and benefits, including a pilot deployment to showcase the capabilities via a working demonstration site.

Following the workshop, a SharePoint Online Readiness report will be provided to you. The report will detail tailored recommendations and next steps, based on criteria including:

- Business drivers and champions.

- Microsoft 365 & Window 10 deployment status.

- Data footprint volume and profile.

- Desktop and application compatibility.

- Network connectivity.

- End user communication and training requirements.
