Overview

RecoveryManager Plus is an integrated backup and recovery solution for Active Directory (AD), on-premises Exchange, and Exchange Online. Back up all objects in your AD domains, and restore entire objects or specific attributes to any of their backed-up versions. You can also back up all mailbox items in your Exchange (on-premises and online) environment. Restore entire mailboxes or individual mailbox items to the same mailbox, a different mailbox, or even to a mailbox in a different Exchange Online tenant/on-premises Exchange organization.

Active Directory backup

• Back up all AD objects in your domain.
• Perform attribute and object-level restorations.
• Perform AD object restorations without taking your domain controllers offline.
• Roll back AD to a previous backup point, and undo all changes made to objects after that point in time.
• Restore all attributes of AD objects, including group memberships, last set password of users and computers, and BitLocker keys.

Exchange backup

• Back up all mailbox items in your on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online tenants.
• Restore entire mailboxes to the backed-up state or just restore individual items, such as a single email or a calendar event.
• Restore backed-up mailbox items to the same mailbox or to a different mailbox.
• Restore backups of on-premises Exchange mailboxes to a mailbox in your Exchange Online tenant and vice-versa.
• Identify particular mailbox items from backup files using advanced search filters.
• Preview backed-up items and attachments to make sure the right objects are restored.
