Dynamics – Case Management: 4 Hour Assessment

During in-person meetings or via Teams web conference, 3-5 ITK consultants will conduct workshops with representatives from your Sales, Support, Operations, and IT teams. The session focusses on existing business concerns or issues and entails: Outline of current business and IT objectives; Outline of current business processes, issues, and opportunities; Interviews with a cross section of department staff; Inventory and review of existing and planned applications; Review of the components and capabilities of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms.

At the end of this assessment and roadmap session, ITK will produce a small collection of deliverables, including: Future IT state vision; Major process changes envisioned; Suggested roadmap; List of suggested projects, including schedule and cost estimates; Suggested implementation strategies and next steps.
