After completing this training, the users shall be able to understand Dynamics 365 solution architecture. The users would be able to maximize their marketing efforts leveraging the functionality offered in the Dynamics 365 for Marketing app. The users will have an in-depth knowledge of designing marketing emails, forms & landing pages, managing end-to-end customer journeys, etc. We will also cover customer insights. This is an interactive course with demonstrations, knowledge check questions, and hands-on learning labs using your existing data. We will help you successfully set up and manage the Marketing app for your organization.
Agenda:
*Day 1: Overview, Marketing application configuration, and leads. *Day 2: Segments, lists, marketing forms, and pages. *Day 3: Marketing emails and customer journeys *Day 4: Insights and events *Day 5: Voice of the customer and survey results.

- Dynamics 365 for Marketing Instance is required.

- Office 2013 Professional Plus
- Internet access with at least 1 Mbps bandwidth per student
