Secure Agentic Foundations by Engage Squared is a professional services accelerator that helps organisations establish the security and governance foundations needed to safely scale AI agents across Microsoft 365.

As organisations adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and Agent 365, security and IT teams need confidence that agents are visible, governed and protected. This engagement supports customers to get started with, or extend their use of Microsoft 365 by assessing their current agent landscape and strengthening the Microsoft controls that matter before agents scale.

Over a focused four‑week engagement, Engage Squared works with your security, IT and governance teams to identify what agents exist, who owns them and what they can access. We then help establish practical controls across identity, permissions, data protection and monitoring using Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel.

Through this engagement, you will:

• Discover what agents exist, who owns them and what they can access
• Review identity, access and ownership controls across Entra ID, Assess data exposure across SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Groups, labels, DLP and knowledge source.
• Define monitoring, approval workflows and response processes across Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel and Microsoft Security Copilot
• Create a roadmap for making agents discoverable, governed, permission-aligned, data-protected and monitored
