Windows 365: 2-Week Pilot

Phase #1: Plan Introduction to the NextGen Windows Standardized Pilot and planning pilot activities: • Confirm stakeholders (Executive Sponsor, business stakeholders, IT stakeholders) • Pre-engagement/Kick-Off call • Windows 365 Deployment Overview presentation • Build Design Decisions and Remediations Checklist

Phase #2: Enable In collaboration with the customer, setup, and onboard Windows 365 in the customer’s production tenant: • Execute remediation activities (if any) to be able to deploy Windows 365 in the customer environment. • Setup Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning and management for a selected group of users focusing on the selected hybrid work user scenarios.

Phase #3: Grow Provide operational guidance and an executive summary of results identified during the engagement to key business decision makers: • Windows 365 Operations Overview presentation. • Present findings and recommended next steps to further grow the solution within the customer environment.
