Our consultants taking on the tasks that you may not have time for during the project can make all the difference. Included in Level 2 is 40 hours of consulting and support from the OLS team (Additional hours will be billed at a discounted rate)
Deliverables
Tasks OLS will take on in addition to our Level 1 tasks: (One Company)
- Reviewing your existing business practice and finding the modules needed to improve
- Creating initial users (Maximum 5) using standard permissions and provide training on setting up additional users
- Providing Import Templates for Master Records (Chart of Accounts, Vendor, Customer, and so on)
- Importing the data from the populated templates completed by your organization
- Creating a balance sheet and income statement based on the standard template available
- Train the trainer on the Financial modules
- A seamless and successful Go-Live!
Tasks your organization will take on:
- Provide data for data migration
- Validate migrated data
- Validate transactions are processed accurately
- Validate Imported Data & Transactions
