Our methodology for Copilot Implementation for Microsoft 365 includes the following phases:

• Assessment – We begin with an assessment process in collaboration with your organization to understand your specific needs and determine how Copilot can best meet those needs. This may involve identifying specific tasks or processes that can be automated or streamlined using Copilot, as well as determining which users or teams will benefit most from using the tool. • Implementation – Copilot implementation with the necessary security measures, covering Microsoft 365 data security, governance, risk, compliance, and data lifecycle management. • Adoption – In this phase, we conducted some workshops that aimed to present the product’s main features, and some use cases. In addition, we support the client in implementing working groups to exchange experiences and monitor product adoption. • Support – We also offer ongoing support to help users troubleshoot any issues that may arise such as user and policy management, content management for dataset changes, prompt support.
