• Enable Teams Phone for 25 of your users.
• Configure Auto Attendant and Call Queues.
• Ensure user adoption and administrator readiness by providing necessary training and support.
• Provide ongoing support during the 2-week pilot period to ensure the solution meets your needs.
• Validate the pilot, providing a detailed report on the next steps and findings from the pilot phase.
