Copilot & Agents: 1-Day Workshop
Citrin Cooperman Advisors, LLC
Decide where AI will help most before you scale it. Microsoft 365 Copilot now covers far more than chat: Copilot Cowork completes multi-step tasks across Microsoft 365, and Copilot Studio agents automate work grounded in your own content. This one-day workshop helps business and IT leaders understand what's possible, check readiness and agree on the first use cases worth investing in.
How Microsoft 365 Copilot is used
- Demonstrations of Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Copilot Cowork for multi-step tasks, including how its usage-based billing and admin spending controls work
- Copilot Studio agents: what they are, when to build one and how they are governed
- Readiness review covering licensing, identity, data access and oversharing, and responsible AI
Outcomes
- A shared understanding of Copilot, Copilot Cowork and agents across business and IT
- A clear view of technical and data readiness, including blockers
