Compliance and Audit Components • Implement the right Application Lifecycle strategy for your organization (Archive, Clean Up of your environment) • Set up the Compliance Center • Implement Audit and Report to start gathering additional information about your apps from your makers and to audit specific connectors or app usage

Establish a Change Management and Adoption Strategy • Help envision the long-term digitalization of your organization by creating a plan (top priorities) and identifying legacy apps to be modernized • Onboard new Power Apps makers (provide training and share best practices) • Encourage adoption by all the employees of your organization (workshops, events, sharing knowledge) • Act as the support of the CoE (Centre of Excellence) to answer questions, help for customization and provide additional trainings to be up-to-date
