The workshop is structured into three key phases and is designed to help organizations define and operationalize their AI strategy using Microsoft Azure as the foundational platform.

1. Vision & Readiness

We align executive leadership on strategic AI ambitions and assess current maturity across data, processes, governance, security, and workforce capabilities. As part of this phase, we evaluate your readiness to leverage Microsoft Azure services, including: Azure AI and Generative AI capabilities (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service) Azure Machine Learning for model lifecycle management Azure Data Services (Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric) Azure security and governance components (Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Policy, Microsoft Purview) This ensures that the AI strategy is aligned with secure, scalable, and compliant cloud architecture from the start.

2. Initiative Identification

Through collaborative Design Thinking sessions, we identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases based on business value and technical feasibility. Each use case is evaluated against: Azure-native architecture patterns Data availability within Azure environments Integration with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365) Security, compliance, and Responsible AI requirements This ensures selected initiatives are technically viable and optimized for deployment on Microsoft Azure.

3. Strategic Planning

We deliver a concrete 12–24 month AI roadmap aligned with Azure adoption best practices.

Deliverables include:

A prioritized and validated AI initiative backlog A target operating model, including AI Center of Excellence charter and RACI matrix A high-level Azure reference architecture for AI workloads Governance, security, and FinOps considerations for scalable AI deployment
