• Make and receive calls: Effortlessly place and receive calls from both internal and external contacts using your Vonage Business Communications application account.
• Send and receive SMS and faxes: Manage SMS and fax messages natively within Microsoft Teams for streamlined communication.
• Control calls: Manage calls directly through the Vonage Business Communications App for a seamless experience. Requires the Vonage Business Communications App to be installed and you must be logged in.

System Requirements:

• Supports Teams desktop and web platforms.

A Vonage Business Communications license is required for each user to access the full capabilities of the Vonage Apps for Microsoft Teams.
