AI Envisioning Workshop - 1 day

The result of this workshop is the identification of one to many use-cases where the Azure AI services can be integrated to generate new business value.

Target Audience

This is a non-technical workshop. The workshop needs to discuss the business workflow in detail. What works well? Where are the pain-points? Where does time get lost, and where do errors occur? While participants from the IT are more than welcome, the workshop is explicitly directed at the process owner (PO) and other persons involved in the daily business.

This 1-day workshop will be conducted on-site at the customer with 2 consultants from PRODYNA.

Introduction:
- Setting the stage
- Overview, how GenAI works
- Introduction to AI desgin sprints
- Overview of todays scenarios

Understanding your business workflow - Split into workgroups:
- Draw your business workflowon the pin-board
- Highlight the problematic workflow steps
- Prioritize the problematic workflow steps

AI Card Mapping - Work in groups:
- Explore the Microsoft AI cards
- Map the features on the AI cards to the steps in your workflow
- Use the clusters of AI cards to identify possible AI use-cases
- Prioritize the clusters according to the perceived business value

Hypothesis - Group discussion:
- Present the findings
- Create a hypothesis for using AI in the relevant parts of your workflow
- Next steps
