Unlike other Microsoft Partners, we’ll proactively work with you to manage and optimise your Microsoft Azure cloud environment together, helping you to drive improvements and achieve continuous optimisation. ANS' Base package is ideal for Microsoft Azure customers who want a relatively low touch managed service at a lower price point. It is designed to provide industries such as ISVs with the ability to gain access to overnight break/fix style support, while ensuring response to specific incidents via Runbooks is tackled accordingly.
