Our Microsoft 365 Copilot Pilot program is a 3-month initiative designed to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of Copilot in your organization. Over the course of these three months, we will assess your company’s current situation, while giving your users ample time to learn how to effectively use and prompt Copilot across various Office applications with confidence. This pilot will allow your organization to fully leverage the tool’s capabilities to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
Assessment Process: We start by working closely with your team to understand your specific needs and goals, and how Copilot can best be utilized to improve workflows. As part of this process, we will also ensure that your data is securely managed to maximize Copilot's benefits while minimizing the risk of unauthorized access. We will review your data governance policies and security configurations. Based on these reviews, we will make recommendations for how to optimize Microsoft’s built-in security features to meet your governance requirements. This will result in a documented plan for configuring and deploying Copilot in line with your organization’s data protection needs. In this assessment process related to the introduction of Copilot, we are also able to examine compliance with regulations in Hungary and the European Union (NIS2, DORA, and the corresponding Hungarian regulations).
Training and Support: During the assessment, we collaborate with our experienced ACM consultants to create tailored training guidelines and a communication plan for your company. These guidelines will help your team use Copilot effectively. We provide user manuals, tutorials, and other resources to make sure everyone understands how to use Copilot in their daily tasks.
