Meetings for Microsoft Teams: 3-day Workshop

Objective: Gathering information from the customer, assembling content, and planning the timeline. Understanding the customer’s short and long-term goals and usage scenarios.

Method: Three-days workshop with pre-questionnaire/assessments to gather information about customer situation and environment. Agenda during the workshop covers:

• Art of the Possible: Overall value proposition for Teams meetings and the first step for immersive demo and discovery stages
• Meetings Overview: Meeting lifecycle, Easy to use and high-quality experiences, Intelligent and Inclusive, Secure and Manageable
• Meeting Rooms and Devices Overview: Changes in the workforce and workplace into a dynamic environment create the necessity for an array of devices for meetings
• Immersive Meetings Experience: Intended to give the customer a true hands-on experience with Teams meetings and to see the Teams meeting vision
• Use Case and Scenarios Discovery: Identify the Use Cases and Scenarios that will enable customers to accelerate the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Teams Meetings
• Network Readiness Review: Review of network architecture for high-quality meetings
• Environmental and Site Analysis: Assessing all elements of the environment, including but not limited to Active Directory (AD), Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Devices, and Security

Outcome: Final deliverable to the customer including findings and recommendations for enabling and deploying Microsoft Teams meetings with a clear deployment framework, next steps, and actions.
