Viva Readiness Scan: 2-Day Workshop

After completing this workshop you will have an understanding of what Microsoft Viva as an Employee Experience platform entails. Which products are available within the Viva-suite and what are there capabilities. At the end of this readiness scan, you will have a clear vision on which Viva-products are suitable for your organisation. Motion10 will deliver a roadmap presentation on how to start, what’s needed and how to implement the products successfully.

Day 1: Timeslot 1 (2h) – Get inspired! Timeslot 2 (2h) – Focus on individual Viva apps.

Day 2: Timeslot 1 (2h) – Finding out which Viva apps your organisation needs. Timeslot 2 (2h) – Strategic session on the how, when and what’s next. The concept of change management will be focused on.

Deliverable: Roadmap document with summary, the way forward and what’s next for your organisation.
