Core’s Viva Connections Quick Deploy program will provide a fully operational instance of Viva Connections to help to accelerate your Viva implementation.
Evaluate • Evaluation of environment readiness. We’ll review your existing Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online set up to make sure you’re ready for Viva. • Define baseline Viva Connections use cases/scenarios. We’ll work with you to establish the top three use cases for Viva Connections, to make sure you get the most from the platform from day one.
Configure • Deploy baseline configuration. We’ll apply updates to your SharePoint Online and Teams to support Viva Connections configurations. • SharePoint Home Site. We will configure your SharePoint Online to support Viva Connections. • Yammer Communities App. Our Viva deployment team will configure Viva Connections within the Yammer app. • Deploy & Configure Viva Desktop. Viva Connections will be installed, ready to deploy. • Viva Feeds & Dashboards - Foundational configuration. Configuration of Viva web feeds, plus, we’ll ensure the Viva dashboard is operational and test the deployment.
Handover • Handover and Operations Guide. When we’ve completed the configuration, and tested the deployment, we’ll handover to your team, providing deployment training where necessary. We will also help your team discover new use cases so you get the most out of your Viva Connections.
