Lastly, Bluebik will provide recommendations on how to prioritize the use-cases portfolio that guarantee business returns to secure your management buy-in and design implementation plan with recommendations for improvement to close the gaps that roadblocking your company from implementing the impactful data analytics use-cases in Azure.

A workshop/interview with high-level management to identify the company’s business vision and direction a. Design operating model of the potential use cases from necessary process flow, required people’s capability and infrastructure needed to operate use cases c. Discuss and validate hypothesized use cases with client’s working-level and management-level d. Assess how Microsoft Azure’s cloud solutions fit into the requirement

Week 12-16 5. Evaluate use-cases’ business impact and form a potential use-cases portfolio based on potential impacts and practicality a. Using Bluebik’s impact assessment metrics to quantify use-cases’ impact. Adjusting weight of each factor to tailor-made the metrics with the client expectation and context i. Quantify monetary and non-monetary impacts to the company ii. Evaluate implementation difficulty in terms of data technicality and actual deployment

Week 16-20 6. Develop data analytics roadmap that prioritizing quick win and big win use cases a. Prioritize use-cases to create use-cases portfolio and a roadmap to develop in each phase

Design an action plan to close gaps and implement impactful data analytics use cases a. Create action plan that maps out the required task the client needs to develop whether in terms of people, process, technology, or data using Azure’s solutions.
