Windows 365 Pilot: 2-Wk Pilot

The pilot is intended to be delivered as a 2-Wk engagement that can be spread over several weeks and it includes:

• Assessing the customer’s current and future hybrid work end-user computing needs
• Piloting Windows 365 in the customer’s production environment and provision Cloud PCs to selected users based on the chosen hybrid work scenarios.
• Developing joint deployment plans and recommended next steps to further grow the solution in the customer environment.

Windows 365 Pilot Phases

1. Plan: Define scope, identify stakeholders, and gather information on current and future environment and workloads to be enabled as part of the pilot.
2. Enable: Execute remediation activities to be able to deploy Windows 365 in the customer environment. Setup Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning and management for a selected group of users focusing on the selected hybrid work user scenarios.
3. Grow: Learn how to operate the implemented Windows 365 solution and agree on the next steps to further grow the solution within the customer environment.
