Design thinking

• You receive a concise Dream Book that outlines current challenges, prioritised opportunities, early prototypes, and what each idea means for change, governance and adoption. Deployment Support

• AI strategy execution, with ongoing support to take prototypes into production. This includes refining requirements, aligning data and platforms and helping your priority use cases move into real solutions using tools across the Microsoft stack.
