Our goal is to help you getting started with Microsoft Power Automate from Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Using Microsoft Power Automate might seem challenging at first. What will you automate and how can you achieve this? In Dynamics 365 Business Central you see Microsoft Power Automate buttons everywhere. They seem usefull but most of us have no idea how to get the most out of it.
We at Blisss use Microsoft Power Automate combined with Dynamics 365 Business Central for projects (formerly Jobs), timesheets, birthdays and many more purposes. An example is where Microsoft Power Automate helps us to send messages to Microsoft Teams when data within a project or timesheet is incomplete. This allows us to correct data before we post our timesheets on a weekly basis every monday. Because of this process optimization with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Teams we reduced the lead time of this process from 8 to 3 hours.
In this workshop we'll help you get started by brainstorming together. We'll discuss your processes and the departments that have a lot of repetetive tasks. From there we'll discuss possibilities and try to help you think in same way we do when analysing a process. The next step is creating a Power Automate flow. Our goal is to end the workshop with a flow that saves your company time as we did to make sure there is value for your money.
