The E911 fast start service helps organizations by providing an E911 Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help customers in their E911 transformations. This service helps drive Microsoft 365 adoption and usage while improving the customer experience. The SME can assist in any of the E911 transformation activities such as, planning, design, and implementation activities. The goal of the Fast Start is to leverage the E911 SME to facilitate/accelerate your E911 program. It is also designed to help customers leverage the power of the Microsoft 365 platform to deliver better outcomes. During this engagement AT&T Consultant will leverage the “Train the Trainer” approach with your staff enabling them to proceed with their e911 initiatives in the future.
