3-wk Assessment - Application Lifecycle Management for Kubernetes on Azure

Managed services for Kubernetes focuses on Observability, Cluster Management for K8s and Application Lifecycle Management for K8s.

During our 3-week assessment, we dive into the three phases of App Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Kubernetes on Azure.

We answer question like:

• What integrations do you need?
• How much security investment will you make?
• How will your apps integrate with CI/CD tools that your organization uses today?
• How do you consistently deploy?
• How will you provide visibility across deployments?
• Are you able to track utilization?
• How do you plan on monitoring the solutions?

These processes, even if they solve important problems related to deployment, requires a lot of manual, time-consuming and susceptible to human error configuration changes. We want to make sure that we define a clear path on how your company takes advantage of ALM while the process overall is designed with an enterprise in mind.

The next step in this journey, after this assessment, would be to use all the information acquired and implement a Proof of Concept.
