• Role-aware content management: Users who belong to designated SharePoint groups have full content management access, including the ability to add, edit, delete, and manage public links.
• Personal links for all users: All end users can create their own links, but these are saved as private links and are visible only to the creator.
• Clean experience for viewers: Users outside the content manager groups see a streamlined interface focused on navigation, with no access to manage shared (public) links.
